Somatic Awareness Sessions w/ Terah

Come join me with this class series where we learn more and more about our nervous system and bodies. In this session, we will review what we learned in the first session and then, dive into the fire and ether element by building spatial/energetic awareness and carving out boundaries. Herbal tea and light refreshments will be served.

Join us for a unique experience connecting with your body and rebalancing your energetic vibrations with sound healing frequencies. This two-hour mini retreat will take place at Four Farms Place, a beautiful lake house retreat, in Greensboro, NC. Includes: body movement, guided meditation, sound bath, and refreshments.

Sound Alchemy Healing Frequencies Sound Bath
