This experiential learning session will go over the common FAQ's about SE and BA sessions. If you ever wanted to dive deeper into self-awareness, this class is for you. Our bodies hold many stories and how liberating to learn how it speaks. SE was developed by Peter Levine, a psychotherapist who studied how trauma effects the body. My BA classes combine my years of experience as a massage therapist and bodyworker plus my trainings and higher education in body-based therapies.
